Applied Arts winner!
Alyssa Clemente, recent Illustration graduate is honoured with an Applied Arts student award for her series Poisonous Flowers. She described the work – “My illustrations show how children can be cruel at times. I used the concept of poisonous flowers to emphasize the message that beautiful and innocent things can be harmful or dangerous, while we remain oblivious to it.”
